 Green Building Renovation
Climate Change Central is a unique public-private partnership that promotes the development of innovative responses to global climate change and its impact.
Climate Change Central needed to expand their second floor office to a larger suite to accommodate their growing size. Their main floor office is Ego-Logo Certified, and the intent was to achieve the same certification for the new office space.
Manasc Isaac developed a new office layout and chose all the finishes, furniture and fixtures based on stringent requirements. Every product used on the renovation was thoroughly researched as to its sustainability, and how environmentally and socially conscious the manufacturer was.
At the end of the project, the client, being a leader in sustainability themselves, had a great story to tell about their office, and a record of all the sustainable products used.
